145-Finding Your People: Human Design & Meaningful Connection

Episode 145

Somewhere along the way, the world got lonelier.

People used to gather more—families living under one roof, neighbors watching out for each other, communities built around shared experiences. But now, for so many of us, the places where we once found connection have faded.

We have work and home, and for some, those are the same place. The third space, the one where friendships are formed, trust is built, and conversations stretch into the night, has all but disappeared.

And yet, we crave it.

But connection doesn’t just happen by chance. It’s something we have to be intentional about. It’s easy to assume the right people will naturally cross our paths, that friendships will just fall into place. But without spaces designed for real conversation, real support, and real connection, we end up feeling more isolated than ever.

In this episode, we’re exploring what it really means to find belonging—not just in fleeting friendships or surface-level social groups, but in the kind of connections that feel like home.

Human Design offers a framework for understanding the different ways we engage in relationships, from the deeply personal to the communal. It reveals why some bonds feel effortless and why others leave us drained. It teaches us what we need from the people around us and how to honor our own energy in relationships.

And we’re putting it into practice.

Our first community call is happening on February 26th, and it’s open to anyone looking for a place to land, to ask questions, to be part of something real. Because no matter how independent we like to think we are, we’re not meant to do this alone.
